Thank you for choosing PushSave! We want you to be completely satisfied with your digital coupon book purchase. Please review our refund policy below:
Refund Eligibility & Timeframe
Refund requests will only be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. No refund requests will be processed after this period, regardless of whether coupons have been used or not.
Unredeemed Coupon Books
Refunds are only available for unredeemed coupon books. If a coupon has been used or redeemed in any way, we will be unable to process a refund for that purchase.
Refund Requests
If you have not redeemed any coupons and wish to request a refund for your purchase, please contact our support team at support@PushSave.com. We are happy to assist you with your request. Please include your order details in the email so we can process your request promptly.
Donation Refund Policy
No Refunds for Donations
Once a donation is made through the TeamUp platform, it is considered a final transaction and is non-refundable.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
In rare cases, if a donation was made in error or under fraudulent circumstances, the donor may contact TeamUp support at Help@TeamUpEvent.com for assistance. However, refunds are not provided unless specifically stated by the organization or in exceptional situations.
Entertainment Refund Policy
The Entertainment® app and website offers a 30-day trial period for digital memberships. If you cancel within that time, you can get a full refund.
